ShodhForensic Research Institute values transparency and fairness in all financial transactions. To maintain clarity, the following refund policy applies:
- Refunds will be processed only in cases of dual/duplicate payments or proven technical glitches during the transaction.
- No refunds will be issued for reasons such as change of mind, withdrawal from participation, or non-usage of services once payment has been successfully processed.
- In case of a valid refund claim, the applicant must provide payment proof (transaction ID, receipt, or bank statement) for verification.
- Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days, and the amount will be credited to the original mode of payment.
- Transaction charges, gateway fees, or bank deductions (if any) will be borne by the applicant and will not be refunded.
This policy ensures smooth financial management while protecting the interests of both the participants and ShodhForensic Research Institute.
