Refunds will only be issued in cases of duplicate payments or verified technical errors during the payment process. If you believe you have been charged more than once or have encountered a technical issue that resulted in an incorrect transaction, you must contact us within 7 days of the payment date. Please provide all necessary details, including the payment receipt and manuscript reference number, for us to investigate and process your request.
All refund requests are subject to verification. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original mode of payment within 10 business days. By proceeding with the payment, you acknowledge and accept this refund policy.
